Dags att presentera nästa föreläsare till vårt Flygsäkerhetsseminarium på Arlanda den 24-25 mars! Hon heter Lea Sophie Vink och arbetar som chef på säkerhets- och kvalitetsavdelningen på Austro Control.
My name is Lea Sophie Vink and I am an AI & Aviation Innovator, Human Performance Scientist and Chartered Clinical Cognitive Psychologist.
I am a leading expert in human performance modelling and management for aviation. As a chartered clinical cognitive psychologist and specialist aviation psychologist, I pioneer predictive performance algorithms, neurophysiological research (EEG, biometrics), and AI-assisted workload management.
- Vad arbetar du med nu?
I am currently the Human Performance Lead at Austro Control in Vienna, Austria as well as Chair of the CANSO Human Performance Workgroup and Co-Chair of the EU Commission Expert Group on the Human Dimension in Aviation.
In these roles, I drive a message of achieving sustainable human performance through precision data analysis and practical solutions. I have most recently developed the Synapses concept, a groundbreaking AI-powered emulator that dynamically redefines demand to optimize human-machine collaboration, prevent fatigue, and sustain high performance.
- Vad kommer du att prata om på seminariet?
How we can ensure that AI enhances, rather than replaces, human expertise: "The future of humans in aviation is not automation—it’s AI-powered human optimization."
